Ryuichi Kiyonari started racing in 1996. In 1998, Kiyo joins Team Kotake RSC, a team which produced world class riders such as Toru Ukawa, Akira Yanagawa, Daijiro Kato, and Makoto Tamada. Races in the GP250 class of the Japan Roadrace Championship this year. In 2002, he becomes the first ST600 Champion of the Japanese Championship. In 2003, he enters the MotoGP. He moves to the British Superbike Championship for the first time, where he becomes the Champion in 2006 & 2007. He then advances to the World Superbike Championship in 2008. Kiyo returned to the British Superbike Championship in 2010, and won the series title. In 2012, Kiyo heads to Asia, winning the first Asia Road Racing Championship in Supersports 600 class for Honda. Kiyo is also a 4 time Suzuka 8 Hours Champion.
