MFJ All Japan Roadrace Championship
Japan Roadrace Rider
Since his road racing debut in 1993, Kikuchi has been a specialist in this class. After two years of WGP full time entry in 1995 and 1998, Kikuchi has become one of Japan’s top riders. He has always been ranked in the Top 10 in the Japanese Championship, except for the years that he raced in the WGP. In his 13th year of road racing, he became the All Japan GP Champion in 2005. He is currently the defending GP125 Champion in Japan, after winning back-to-back titles in 2008 and 2009. Also a rider coach at Suzuka Racing School, a lot of Japanese young riders that are winner contenders are his students.
