Since his first race in 1982, Noda won several kart titles. At age 18, stepped up to FJ-1600 (Formula car) and won 4 races out of 15 races, with 9 pole positions and achieved the Rookie-of-the-Year Award.

Since this impact-filled year, Noda has delivered professionalism in Formula 1, IndyCar, and Sports Car overseas, as well as Formula Nippon and All Japan GT Series.  He is the only Japanese driver to score a win in 3 continents: Europe, America, and Asia.

Also, experienced racing as a owner-driver from 2003 to 2005 in Formula Nippon.  Won the Japan Le Mans Series in 2007.
